It really depends on what you want. Some like to have maximum bling no matter how much it costs. I have several eCCPM helicopters and they do have a few negatives. Both types of control systems have pros and cons. I would never convert my Raptor 90 to eCCPM.

Get a Kasama head – that will actually make the helicopter fly better. I love my new head.

I converted one one my 90SE's with the V-Max conversion when it first came out. I then flew the machines back to back to see the difference.

Haven't flown the standard once since

I have this and yes it does fly better and is more crisp, you cant beat QUK stuff. look at it this way if u can fly a standard raptor 90 to its limit get the Vmax, you will be able to go to the next level. No matter what you do to the raptor as it is, it will never respond as good as with the conversion.

I second the Kasama head recommendation.
I run Kasama, with JR8717 on collective and Hitec HS6965HB on cyclic, on 6v regulated. It was a monster difference.

I liked it well enough to convert all 3 90's.

Hi!

It's well worth the money to get the V-Max kit.

I have a V-Max and a Raptor 90 std for the moment and it's a big difference between the helis. The std is only used as a backup machine since i got the V-Max.

Regards,

Andreas

so i guess its kind of a mixed fealing but more leaning towards the v-max is a good way to go with really no negatives about it...and it flys much smoother so why not i guess??? also what dose the kasam head change from the stock head?? as far as benefits?
