Will the Li-Ion battery that is used in the 12z & 14Mz, develope "memory" like a Ni-Cad if discharged/charged to about the same level all the time?

Larry,

same here, every bit of info i've read says no.
the DSLR's i use all have the same Li-Ion batteries and some of them are 5 years old and still going strong.
