I am on to a new project and am considering letting this one go if there is any interest. It is a Century Falcon 46 converted to electric power. It has not seen a drop of nitro. I bought it specifically for this conversion. I designed my own mount in a CAD program and had some mounts machined, which I sold for $50. You can search RR under my name for the build.

This heli has proven to be bullet proof (as far as the motor mount is concerned). In 12s configuration, it has stripped gears in midair. The plastic crown gear simply was not designed for this amount of power and (battery)weight. I built it for a camera ship project (hence the motor/battery overkill), for which it performed admirably. I suspect on 6s it will run with the current crop of 600 ehelis out there.

Here is a quick rundown of the heli:

POWER
-----------
Hacker A50/12S, NEW (just flew for the first time today for about 7 minutes).
Castle Creations HV45
Custom CNC motor mount (virtually indestructible)
Custom Joker 20T pinion

To date the combo has been flawless. You can run over the CNC mount with a car and it would not be damaged.

Airframe
-----------
CCPM upgrade
Carbon fiber tail boom
Carbon fiber tail control rod
Carbon fiber torque tube
Metal hub (blemished. has a ding)
Upgraded swash (not sure of brand)
Lower metal sideframes have been straightened but are not cosmtetically perfect.

You can get the Joker pinion from fxaeromodels.com for about $20. I think the biggest pinion is a 23 or 24 tooth and the smallest maybe a 14, but don't take my word for it. Just keep in mind that the joker pinions are made for 5mm shafts and the Hacker motor has a 6mm shaft. I believe I have one custom mount left, let me know if you are interested.

Found my last CNC mount. Will fit any motor with 4x25mm bolt spacing (hacker, actro, etc...)

You can convert your raven, falcon, hawk in less than an hour.

$50 shipped for mount only. I will not be producing any more.
