I know the anti-gun folks are going to jump all over this, but it's just funny...

Ha! I know where that is!
Drive by there sometimes on the way to lake Pillsbury.
Pretty hard to hit a running mouse not to mention you might
damage a brazilian hardwood floor.

.44 magnum...for a mouse!

Wow!
I have heard of overkill, but this really takes the cake.
When the weight of the slug is comparable to that of the (living) target, you have to ask your self if maybe your firearm is too big for the job.

Once in my life I had to clean out an infestation of rats that lived in trees near a barn. However, we used shotguns with #8 bird shot to shoot the little buggers. Much easier and safer than trying to wack them with a slug.

Ahole mice, used to lick the peanut butter off my traps. So I waited for them with my Benjamin 22 cal pump pistol and splattered their little heads one by one.

<snick> .44 magnum, trailer, "groin" <snick, chortle>

We use live traps on the mice and I drive the furry darlings to a new location on my way to work or whatnot. I guess I'm sorta sympathetic to the little guys, but wifey doesn't like them at all, no, and its a good thing she doesn't have a gun.

Once years ago, I came home, into the kitchen, and my love was there at the sink, at first seemed normal and all, I kissed her cheek as I went by. But something seemed "wrong", she was uncharacteristically tense... I asked "what's up?", she gave a sheepish smile and tried to shrug it off. I moved closer and observed...

...she had one of those live traps in a bucket of water and was drowning the hapless little intruder. Up to then I thought I knew my loving, sensitive, gentle woman. Well you can bet I tread more lightly around her now; don't turn your back on her you might say.

Never, ever, ever, ever give up.

unfortunately, they won't be candidates for the Darwin awards just yet.

all in all, this story has a real southern feel to it. I wonder if they relocated from GA?

Thats just a little bit to much gun for mice. I agree with Ron, this person should not own a any firearms and after doing such a stupid thing, should possibly be living in a padded cell.
