http://www.infowars.net/articles/ju...80708Police.htm

the police have been doing random stops and searches of people whether walking down the street, mowing your yard or just sitting on the porch,, my backyard is fenced in and the gate is always locked, they told me to unlock it so they could search the backyard, i asked "what for?" no explanation just unlock it or go to jail.

Smile! people will wonder what you're up to!!

So you lock you back yard, place a video camera in view of the yard, when the police ask say no, they take you to jail, you sue, you win,,,,,,,,and you purchase a new house in a nice neighborhood

I'd LOVE to have the cops ask to come in without a warrant...That's breaking the law...I have a right to defend myself against intruders..

If they are chasing a suspect they can follow him into your yard without asking. All they have to say is that they had "probable cause" and they don't have to ask. If the "smell marijuana", for instance they can search.

All cops are too fat to crawl over the 12 foot fence that surrounds my property.
The electric wire running on the inside is a nice suprise should you make it to the top.
It is powered by a "ranch quality" transformer capable of powering up to 50 MILES of electric fence.

I was trimming trees one sweaty hot September and I let my soaking wet with salty sweat arm come up agains the wire. I was standing on an aluminum ladder. OUCH! I felt the electricity go through my balls on its way down to my knee that was touching one of the rungs of the ladder.

FWIW...... that is the most stupid and rediculous statement (specially the last sentence) I've read in a LONG time from someone who apparently thinks he has the right to do as he pleases just because he is on his own property...

I'd agree with Juan, you may have come in contact with an officer who was having a bad day, but if that does happen just let them do what they must and clean up afterwards.

No it's not. It's usually very peaceful here although you're bound to get the occasional disturbance wheather it be some owls relentlessly hooting or gunshots going off, but it depends where you live.
Why does everyone thrive and judge on fear based hype when life is normally just not like that. Perhaps it's got something to do with believing all the hyped crap that comes out of the media. Do yourself a favour and abstain from watching the TV and reading the tabloids. Th quality of your life will improve immesaurably.

"Owning your own propety."

This is something many people don't understand.
In the US you can own property in the sense that you have a contract on it and that the contract is a "negotiable insturment" which means that the property can be conveyed (bought/sold) at will to another party.
The property always belongs to the government no matter where you live in the world.
In the US it can be taken for delinquency in taxes or it can be taken by "eminent domaine" meaning use for the greater good, airports, schools, etc. When taken for the latter reason you are (in theory) adequately compensated for it's value.

that would be an illegal search. Even if you are pulled over and they ask to search you or your car then you have the right to say no and the cops can't do anything unless they have reasonable cause to do so.

I've had cops ask to look in backpacks and what not when I was in school . I told them no every time and they went off and asked some other dope to look in theirs. They always find someone who will say yes. It's their way of fishing.

Why, you have no land, flipped, nor any patents any any combination.

You just have an IRS bill for be a freeloader, as you have admitted to on previous threads here.

People that are on the "govn't dole" should be given their choice of being allowed to vote without taking any govn't subsidy, OR being allowed to be given a govn't subsidy(by means of the always gracious U.S. taxpayer) and not voting.

If one wants to contribute to our society, one might want to do so, rather than advocate how "you" "milk" the "system".
