Whats the story on this, couldn't find anything on the net that completely said this was a bunk myth. If there is any truth to this, why isn't everyone and their brother putting one of these on their cars?

I'm building mine right now, I'll let you know how it work...
The principle is that hydrogen boost will speed up the flame front and catalyse the combustion. As is, it won't do much help saving gaz, but now, you can trick the MAP/MAF sensor to lean out the engine without pinging or overheating. From then, you'll save fuel.

Take note that most units you see on ebay are junk unefficient HHO generator.

You could put a cow magnet in your gas tank.

Easier, cheaper, and bigger improvement your gas mileage than HHO.
