So I broke and replaced my 'Center Hub set B' and I did not mark how far down the main shaft the Center Hub B is supposed to be mounted. I can only guess now. Is there some measurement to use for this? Maybe a certain anount of milimeters in distance between the Hub B and the top of the main shaft or something? Pretty sure I have completely screwed this alignement...

I would love to see assembly instructions for the Comanche, Is there any out there?

The parts in question are 016 and 017 in this diagram

Sorry never broke that but I can take alook after I get home from work to see where the lama is at. I may have to hook you up with some parts as my lama is just trash now I stripped the radio gear out of it but motor gears and blades I still have.

figured it out...I think

well i think i figured it out. it seems there is two holes in the middle of the B shaft wich are made to align with the two top screws of the Center Hub B. and I found a realy good assembly source for the Co-comanche

oh yeah that sounds familiar I only took mine apart once shortly after I got it. Found out all the bearings were dry so I disassembled every last piece and oiled everything with a silicone spray. It ran twice as smooth and twice as long. You should think about doing this while you havent flown them much. I actually thought I had a bent inner shaft causing bad vibrations but after the oiling it ran smoother than it ever had.

My 12 year old daughter beat it to death for a couple weeks and gave up on it.

Is that another way of letting me know I need a big heli tryan?

I will definately lube up those bearing while I have it apart, txs for the reminder. I wonder if you could find some upgrade sealed hi-perf bearing replacements somewhere?

probably use a skate bearing lubrication right? whats a good one I could pick up at walmart/fred meyer?

I have a never ending supply of tri-flow its expensive but any silicone lube is great. Its a sticky subject some dont use any lube at all thats rough. they say it attracts dust I dont think the silicone sprays collect much at all. I believe the tradeoffs are well worth it.

Oh and You did some great jobs on the coaxials but yeah you'll join the big heli club its just a matter of time.

But have fun with the coaxials cause CP helis are hard work.
