Hi dudes,

this week I spend some time with my Gaui 200.
His flightbehaviour in 3D was not excellent...
So I stole him his flybar
The only electric thing I changed is the tailservo.
Now I run a C131 from Graupner.
He is flying very good and everything works fine.
Take a look an enjoy!
Next week you'll get a video.

Cya Flo and sorry for my bad English

Awesome, I can't wait to see the video. I'll be in Munich in July, are there any good hobby shops or flying fields around there?

I have a SK360 and installed it into the Gaui 200 but stopped because I wasn't sure how to mod the blade grips for flybarless. It looks like you have an extended ball rod or something. Can you please share with us what part or parts you are using with the blade grip so the swash link is vertical?

thank you and good luck!

I use the paddelweights from the Gaui200.
I have cuted them so that they are 4.2mm long.
Use two little screws from the spareparts each side.
It's very easy.

A hobby shop espacially for helicopters doesn't excist...
But I can tell you a good adress for an usual hobby shop.

I'll have a video, when the rain stopps and the kammeraman is trained...

I just have to ask.....why?
Isnt this little heli agile enough already?
I know for sure its cool and all, but did you go V Stabi to make it a bit more managable? I know that sounds odd, but the V Stabi can make a heli either more or less stable.
Just wondering the reasons behind it is all.
Well done for getting it to work at all

For the love of the hobby

Oh thanks a lot!

Setup:
Hitec HS45 3x
Graupner / JR C131 on tail
YGE 18i controler
Z-Power motor
EVOLite 2s 1345mAh from FlightPower
Spektrum 6100 resciever

The head mod is just too easy.
In the washout base is already a hole for a screw.
You just have to remove one arm and the fuc***g Flybar...
Then take two 4mm tubes to center the bladeballs.

If you want to have the VBar setup than ask me.

Flo,

Just out of curiosity, whats the AUW of your bird now (including VBar & the LiPo you use)? I bet it must exceed 270g.
Thanks,

Jan
