Which muffler to use depends on which motor you are using. As far as main blades, 600mm are what most people use.

The JK Sb50hp Hatori is a great pipe. Its tyhe 2 piece design on the Trex thats a pain with no mounts made for it. The Hatori SAB50 bobby Watts one piece pipe is the one to go with. AND its 50 bucks cheaper than the 2 piece.

Unlessss your running a YS .91 then the mp5 is the way to go!

I like the SAB50 two piece for the OS.50. I usually make my own bracket.

The best set up for the 600 is:
YS 50 ST
Hatori 522
Radix 600 SB's

The JK SB 50 is only a 2 chamber muffler,ok but much better choices.
MP 5 not very good, but it is cheap.

With the OSHyper get the Align Pipe. Cheap, easy to tune and makes tons of power. I have the original version on both helis and no baffle issues so far.

Oh and I like the Radix, Align 600 'D' Carbons and RotorTech 610 blades. They all have their strengths and weaknesses as follows IMHO:

Radix - VERY hard to bog, super efficient and great autos. Awesome all around blade but lack pop and cyclic speed
Align - great pop, tough to bog, terrible autos
RotorTech 610 - best cyclics by far, easier to bog and weak autos

Take your pick.

There is no perfect anything.

It all depends on what you like, and how you fly.

*I* have an os.50 Hyper/Muscle Pipe/Radix 600's.
I can't see any reason to change anything.

I have flown YS50's and can't tell a difference.
I can tell a big difference in the OS vs. YS 90's

The Align pipe seems to work well.

I forgot the bit about blades.

In my order:
Radix
Radix SB
TST V's

Blades are going to definitely come down to personal preference and collective skills.

I've used Radix 600 YB, V-Blade TST 600s, and V-Blade 600 TST Extremes.

Radix are quieter, don't load up as easy, less pop than the V-blades.

TST 600s, great pop and stopping ability, louder, unforgiving of collective mistakes.

TST 600 extremes, similar pop to the regular TSTs, slightly quieter, don't seem to bog quite as easily(though still easier than the Radix).

All around I like the Radix but I love the pop and noise of the v-blades.

Next on my list to try are the Radix 600SB, smooth V-blade extremes when they're available and a set of Rotortech 610s.

I also have a set of Align 600D(er maybe they're 600e) glass blades, haven't used them yet though.

Mikado Logo 400, hopefully ready by spring.

Try the Align 'D' Carbons - stiffer and 'poppier' than the Radix but they don't bog easily either. VERY nice blade, especially for the $$. I can also comment on NHP's and SAB's. NHP's suck IMHO, period. Well made but terribly inefficient airfoil. SAB's are nice and similar to Radix but I like Radix better.

Based on what you are describing you like in a blade, don't bother with the RT's. Nice blade but their best attribute is their Cyclic speed.
