If I were to install a T fitting in the fuel line between the engine and tank and pumped fuel through it would I flood the engine?
Right now I only have 2 fuel lines, one from the tank to the engine and one from the tank to the pipe. Whats an easier way to fuel up without pulling the tube from the engine and filling it there?

thanks, chris

KSJ Clamps

Horizon distributes these neat clamps- they were a Sanwa Kalt invention however K&S has them out in the US- put in a T and then clamp forward of the T (to the engine). This way you can clamp, fill and then open when ready. It has the added advantage of letting you run the engine out of fuel completely on the last flight of the day- clamp and let run out.

Enjoy!

KSJ Clamps

Those clamps are just the ticket. I've got them on mine and they are sweet.

I like to use the KSJ clamps also, if you can't find it at the hobbyshop,
look at the rc car stuff, they also use them, buy a few extra.
In the meanwhile you can use a hemostat clamp for this and most
people already have one of these in their toolbag.

its a t piece that shuts fuel off to the engine when you are fueling...

I bought a T valve from Ricks that works great. When you fuel up you cut off the fuel to the motor and when done flip valve back and your ready to go.
