If the clutch has broken because the shoes have spread too much it's always good practise to replace the liner at the same time,in fact it is anytime really with most heli's as the liner is relatively inexpensive whereas new clutches generally aren't.JB weld is a kind of epoxy metal that's very popular for gluing liners into clutch bell's.I think it doesn't break down under temperature as readily as ordinary 5min or 1/2hr epoxy and may adhere to smooth surfaces a little better.
