Careful!

That heli looks like it's awfully close to you. Don't kill yourself over this thing

I know mine looks real close to me also (in my video), but throughout the video, mine was about 30ft away from me at the closest!!!

Ah, the wonders of 100x zoom

I guess you're lucky you don't have a cheering section behind you saying stuff like "Cut the grass with that thing!! Lower Lower LOWER Indrid!!"

Well, you're looking good! I'm keeping this pic

haha the heli was 20 feet away from me, i just used 3x optical and zoomed in a bit on the pic.

thanks for the support guys, next goal is tail in inverted, then stall turns, then rolls, and maybe some backwards flying once i get the hang of it

honestly inverted hover wasnt that hard... (after months of realflight )i just flipped it about 100 feet up, and once i felt confident, brought it down little by little. the only thing that scares me is the gusts which slam your helicopter into the ground....

yes hawkflier, thanks again for the canopy, it should arrive tomorrow... i am debating over whether i should keep my CF fins or use the FRP ones and get them all brushed/decaled. what do you think guys, vinyl stickers from tiki design or airbrushing ghost flames in the century colors? (purple/yellow)

PS thanks for the compliments lift, if all goes well i will get to go out today and try my new rotortechs. i hope they auto better than those woodies, because i had maybe one or two seconds of hang time before the rotor speed died

I think I'd stick witht he carbon fins, Ever since I put the glass fins on mine the piro rate is quite a bit slowed. They look nice but during hard spins you need the extra airflow. If it doesn't rain tomorrow I'll get my wife to tape me flying and I'll demonstrate what I mean.

yes mad maxx, definitely need to get out flying this summer. i got my new canopy (thanks hawkflier!) and will be airbrushing it soon, in the century colors.

the fury guy was very polite and helped me tune my engine up.... explained how to get it to come off the pipe as smooth as possible.

...of course he gave me an odd look when i told him i was buying a new 60 from "century"
