If you are running in...

close throttle completely, take both screws right in and wind the main out 3.25 and the idle out 3...

THROTTLE MUST BE CLOSED... or the idle needle closes too far and your idle will be lean....

Mine would not start on factory idle, was way too lean...

i agree.. just started mine a few days ago for first time...low end is about 3.5 - 3.75 out and the high is about the same...I also had to loosen the throttle arm from the carb and "re-align" it with the servo arm to get parallel movement between the servo arm and the throttle arm...
