i am feeling quite stupid asking this but here it goes:

i was setting the pitch on my R30's blades a few minutes ago and suddenly i realized that the swashplate has a slight tilt aft.

the way i do this is to lock the flybar level in a fore aft position keeping the blades perpendicular to the boom. and measure the angles at the blades, i am using a robart incidence meter.

but while the flybar is level the swash is not.

what should i do or more precisely what is the correct procedure
align the flybar and swash so they are parallel at o pitch
or keep on doing it as i am now

thanks,
diego
