I'm building a 30 size Sceadu and have a question about the thrust bearings in the tail housing (and I suppose also in the main rotor blade holder assembly). In the directions, it indicates that one side of the thrust bearing has a large inner diameter and one side is small. Mine appear to be the same unless the difference is too small to discern with the naked eye. Can someone explain if I am missing something.

Thanks, Dave

Yes, the difference is too small to see. Place the bearing races one at a time on the shaft and with your thumb and finger wiggle. The larger race will wiggle much more than the smaller one.

Bob, thanks for the quick reply. It's interesting that one of the sets does appear to have a very small difference but the other appears to be identical. I wonder what happens if I guess wrong? Any ideas?
