it must be me. first ordered a single conversion crystal from company "X ". waited 1 week for delivery, package arrives with a dual conversion crystal instead, which is not suitable for my needs. now get home tonight from a 13 hour work day, package on the table. i had ordered a R 60 fin set and a starter shaft from company " Y ",. i open package and there is a fin set for R 60 and a " remote glow extension ". now i`m going to be down for another week. have sent e-mails to both companies, and neither has responded yet.

Between distributors that can't get parts and retailers that make mistakes, I (and many others) deal with this all of the time. There is a reason I have 5 different helis from 4 different manufacturers. Flying season is way too short.

I have found out with helis a backup is always a good idea. I have a lite Machine its not much of a backup but better than letting a great day to to waste.

update:
company " y " connacted me, and said to keep the remote glow extension, and will send out the starter shaft by priority mail. now waiting on new crystal. will keep you posted

Mmmm at my work they ordered 1 laptop and received 4!! Only the last one was the one ordered. It seems very hard to read what is being ordered and to keep track of whether a package was sent or not......
