I had to send an OS70 in for repair and the sent me back a new one intead of repairing the old one. Only problem was my Quick Blue anodized fan won't fit. It's like OS has a bigger shaft than before. Any thoughts. If I take the brass bushing out of the fan it's pretty lose.

When you take the taper collet(brass bushing) out of the fan, does the collet fit on the crankshaft? It should fit fairly snuggly on the crankshaft. If it does, leave it there and put the fan on. The collets are suppose to be put on the crankshaft and then the fan installed. The collet is used to center the bottom of the fan.

No, it is way to tight, which is strange as it fit the other OS 70.
