I’m getting ready to replace my clutch liner tonight. How much space should there be between the clutch and the liner? I have heard of either 1 or 2 layers of electrical tape.

Any thoughts?

0.3mm in diameter, so 0.15mm on each side.

Best regards,

John

I don't know
This depends in how thick your tape is

Seriously, I can't help you like that, I really don't know how thick that tape would be. I never use tape.

The last time I used a lathe to set the proper spacing.

Best regards,

John
