I never had any red locktite to begin with, which is used extensively throughout the kit
I think sal should change what he is saying before some people go glueing their fury together. Red loctite is not used "extensively" in the kit. Blue locktite is the only loctite used extensively. Red loctite is used on the tail gear box to almost permanently set the bearings so that under load they don't flex and strip out the gears. I'm not bashing anyone here, but I just try to keep mis-information off the web and people reading this stuff and belieiving they have to red loctite their whole Fury together when blue loctite does the job more than adaquetly.

I hear ya, Rappy....what I intended on referring to was his breakdown on the pricing he got from a certain online store. Saved quite a few quid, though a lot of it was likely avoidance of VATs.

Thanks for the plug-in Obsessive

About the RED loctite.......
When I purchased my Fury, I never had any red loctite, and become stuck (no pun intended ) at the bit where the front transmission block bearings needed red loctite on the front trans. shaft, and yes, as pointed out, the rear tailbox components.
I can see that it may be a bit misleading, but i never said put it everywhere, in fact, any buyer that spends their wonga on a Fury Xtreme, should know where and when the red loctite goes.
The bottom line being, if you don't have good quality red loctite, get some, if you want your Fury to fly as MA intended.

To be honest my site, has alot of information still to go up, and was looked as something to keep me busy during the winter months... But i will endevour to add some more information in the coming weeks, and amend the part about the RED loctite.
Hell Rappy, if you noticed it, chances are someone else, with less knowledge may take me word for word.....

Thanks for the heads up boys !!!!

I can't find your house anywhere!

If there is a map provided, just look for Buckingham Palace..... you'll find me there.

BTW: Project Gotham Racing for the X-Box has some tof the most life like London downtown scenery i've ever seen, in fact they have a cafe i've been into, in full detail in the game, amazing.....

Very nice sal14m. Your site is really great and best of luck on expanding it. I'm glad you didn't take it as bashing you because being that you took your time to create a site to promote the hobby and help people out, I respect you very much. Thanks and take care.

Just curious, why do you want lots of talk when you already found out your answer to your own question?

Well John AKA PonyExpress
Lets go back to the original question.
"Quote"
Thinking about trying on a Fury to see how it fits.
Whos got the best deal?
I asked this question yesterday, and out of all the replies I only got two that told me where they got their Fury.
Thant nice but does not answer the question now does it.
Since I posted this yesterday I have checked 3 places and foundHeli Prozs to have the best deal.
But maybe Just maybe there is someone out there that just stumbled over some place with an even better deal, or maybe someone has a new kit that they might want to part with.
I see in your profile that you fly a Fury.
How about some info on where you got it ?

Just Fly It!!!

Colin, are you looking for a "furry" Fury, or one with no hair?
