Fuel is comming from exhaust and carb air inlet, is this because it is too rich or is it a common thing with glow plug engines???

I have an irvine 53 engine with the main jet needle open 1/2 a turn, coolpower 10% nitro fuel.

I would think its a litte too rich if fuel is coming out from the muffler.

Pinch the fuel line at idle. The engine rpm's should rise after about 2 seconds and then it will start to die. If you go past 2 seconds then the engine isn't in its proper tuning range and it's too rich, which is probably the correct setting in your case.

Fuel may come out the exhaust even if the engine is tuned properly, but not like making a puddle after idling for a few minutes or something.

Depends on how you fly and the location of the exhaust outlet. My Raptor is covered in oil after a couple of flights; my Ergo is usually clean.

If it's pointing forward, then yes, you can expect to get a lot of unburnt oil on the heli. My Ergo has a Zimmerman muffler and the outlet sticks out behind one leg of the U/C, so 99% of the oil if blown clear of the heli. If you spend a lot of time hovering in ground effect, that will also cause a lot more oil to be thrown around.

It's not a problem unless you dislike cleaning, but if it is getting into your radio, you should consider doing something about it.
