I fly in the winter using a sheet of 1/4" plywood its nice and flat. I tried using a piece of carpet once and almost make a Fury Taco with the rotor wash

Great idea, plywood with carpet glued to it! No more take off or landing problems with snow on the grounds

Hey Rich I have seen a well know guy that flys viggys do that with carpet. Damn thing raped its self up in it and cut its tail off. Pig in a blanket hehehehe
