After several flying of my new shuttle plus, I found plays on the wash-out set and stablizer control arm set when moving slightly on the stabilizer paddle.

The problem solved when I recently upgraded the Swash plate, wash-out set and stabilizer control arm set to metal and the plays disappeared, However, after a few hours of flying, there are plays again when move the stabilizer paddle. Any advise.. Thanks

loose grub screws..

Sounds like your set screws on the flybar are coming loose. Put some loctite on them and torque them down. Then fly for a bit and tighten them again.
I do this with my Helis everytime I have a part off. Tighten it up then fly it and tighten it again.
Hope that helped.

Double check everything.

Make sure all the bolts in the head are tight. Something it loose up there. Also check the paddle screws to make sure they are tight.
Post a picture of what exactly is loose that may help.
