What power supply is everyone using? I saw the pc power supply conversion but what should I look for? I have three Power supplies. They all have different voltage, one is 10.8,15.8,and the other is 24.2v. The 24.2 shows on the front that it is 13.8. They all set an alarm on my cellpro that says its too high or too low voltage. I appreciate any info.

The CellPro 4 input voltage range is 10-16 volts DC so they all should work. Measure the output of each power supply with a voltmeter to confirm that they fall into that range.

The 10.8 shows too low voltage under load. The 15.8 shows too high voltage at the end of the charging cycle because its not drawing enough from it to keep it under 15. I dont want to try the 24 volt supply. I checked all of them with a voltmeter before I plugged the charger to them. I think I'm just gonna have to spend the money and get a new one.

I purchased a 12v battery. I charge it up with my car charger (cheap from Harbour Freight) then use it to power the CellPro 4s to charge my LIPO. I can charge my LIPO 3-4 times on it. It is a small battery but I can charge it at home and carry it to the field.

What are you charging and at what rate? You may have to charge at a lower amp rate to use your 10.8 supply.
I use this 20 amp power supply and charge 4s with no problems.

Radio Shack.........

They have 12 Volt 3 Amp power adaptors for around $39. I've been using one for month and have charge hundreds of cycles with it. It works fine for the money.

The Cellpro says use a minimum of 5 amps. Propeak has a dual output 20 amp for 79.95. I think thats what I'll get.
