I have a 600 that I've been flying for a while and the one way bearing keep freezing up. I just got the Bearing/Shaft kit from RChover (their patter points out that it fixes said problem) and that bearing froze up on the 5th flight. This is the third replacement in a month... And I only get in a couple of flights every weekend. What is up with Align and this bearing? They seem to work fine for an easy flight or two, but the minute you start putting in a few tic tocs.... no spin... I've been using the red grease that came in my 600CF kit... Is this a problem? I'm going to try cleaning up a couple of bearings in a solvent bath and use some different grease tomorrow. I'm looking for ideas or an alternate bearing.

I didn't have luck with the align oneway myself, even the newer oneway assembly. Find an aftermarket one. You will have better luck with those.

There are many and the one I have use with success is from vxb.com

It seems to be a hit or miss. My 600, and my 600N are both on their original bearings. Knock on wood.

As posted on other threads and sites, cleaning the thicker grease out and using a thinner lubricant, ie Tri Flow etc., may help.

I was having the same issue on my 600E and replaced the bearing with the HN6064 set, used the Triflow, and now after about 10 to 15 flights no problem. We'll see.
