After a blade fold i have some damage to my blade grips. They have two cuts about 2mm deep where the TE of the blades hit the grips. Has anyone flown with this? They are cheap enough to replace but i,m trying to make my crash cost more wife friendly already looking at $500.

Fly away...... No problem whatsoever with that minor "damage" you describe to the trailing end of the blades at the blade grip.....

Agreed, My Venture's got similar damage to the one grip. Been flying it for years as is. Just inspect the grip properly for cracks etc, and of course keep checkin it through your hopefully regular cleaning/checks/maintanance. It'll be fine.
