Just finished the build of my Knight 3D.
It came together quite easy, nothing to complain about except for the manual.
But you don´t need to be a rocket scientist to figure out where to put what.
The big fan goes on the top, right?

I also painted the canopy, was a bit inspired by the nice add with the red, white, blue and yellow striped heli, but i think that my did not come out as good.

The sad thing is that I will have to wait untill the weather improves
before i do the maiden flight, can´t wait.

I guess this will outfly my Raptor 50.

The weather right now is 2-3 degrees celsius and raining.
You simply don´t want to be outside.

By the way do any of you guys have a good way of routing the antenna cable?
With what and where?

I flew my heli yesterday, just some hover and calm flying around to make sure everything worked.
Man, it feels light and quick. If I compare it to my old Raptor 50, the raptor is like flying a bus.

Had one problem though, the tail was kicking/wagging slightly.
I checked the T/R and noticed that the screw holding the hub to the shaft had come loose.
Lucky me it didnt come off during flight.
Don´t know if this caused the kicking/wagging, did not have time for any more flying.

Anyway, great heli so far!

quietcow- are u referring to the tail rotor hub? where there is trust bearing inside?
from my experience, the hub need to have a little fo free place after you have fixed in everything?( u got what i mean?hehehe)

usually after crash, i will take sand paper to smoothen the tail housing to enable the bearings all are in smoothly..

do check you tail rotor properly.

heheheh

thank u.
