Like the old car guys say there is no replacement for displacement. Mufflers can only do so much and with 2 strokes most/all the power increase comes at the top end. So rev it up - get your headspeed up over 2000!

I've got things pretty much maxed out short of reducing pitch. I'm at +-10 right now. Maybe +-9? Yikes! That'd get the R's up for sure. I don't have a tach but from the sound of things I'd say I'm really close to 2K.

Did you retune after adding the Hatori? I've never used the TT motor but I can tell you that pipe made a huge difference over the stock TT
pipe on my OS32 and 37 but I did have to retune.

Well I can't say I've retuned. Maybe with some changes to the maximum pitch and some work on the high speed needle I can coax a little more ooomph out of the 39.

It's encouraging to hear that the muffler made a difference for you.

I only setup a 5 point curve instead of 7 so I have 2 points extra if needed. I have 100-90-75-90-100 for stunt mode.

No bogging Swoop. Maybe my pitch is just a bit too much. I'm a tad over +-10. Maybe I should drop a degree and see if I can get the motor to come onto the pipe.

I'm waiting for some parts right now. They'll be in tomorrow so I'll be able to do some more investigating on this. The Hatori ain't cheap and I was really expecting 'something' out of it.

I reduced pitch and leaned the hi needle 2 clicks and I must say that little .39 is puttin out some juice now. It ain't no hyper 50, but it ain't no .32 either. The Hatori made a nice difference in power. Vertical climbs are WAY stronger now. Me happy.
