I recently setup an Arizona reg on my 600N. I run 9252's for CCPM and a JR DS811 on the throttle, with a TJ RevMax limiter. Since none of my servos are rated for 6V, I am running 5.3V and have the gyro & rudder (LT-6100) on the 5V step down from the regulator.

If I were to eventually upgrade my servos and run a 6V setup, would I need an additional step down to 5V or 5.3V for the gov/throttle servo, or can they be run on 6V without burning up?

the revmax will take 6volts just fine. but if you use a tail servo for a throttle servo like most people do, you will need another step down for that servo as well.
