I'm pretty sure thats not going to work in a heli. I would like to see a 4 stroke gasser though.

if you wanted a 1600 headspeed and ran the engine at 9000 rpm

9000/1600 = 5.625

Creating a mount would be a challenge. Probably be easier with a glow type frame where you use beam mounted engines. I think you'd end up with some pieces fabricated yourself. cooling it would be the major challenge, peraps use an electric fan. That'd give you some of the power back also,

would be cool!

It will vibrate a lot more than a Zenoah does. It will also get really hot as it is an airplane engine.

From what I have been thinking I belive I have the mount figured out,and I think If I were to construct a cooling shroud out of Fiberglass it will have adequate cooling from a metal 90sized fan or one from a gasser heli like mine.

I just dont know if I will be able to find a 17 tooth pinion

88/17= 5.176

for a head speed of 1738

You will need a bigger fan. This engine is running slower than a Zenoah, is larger in capacity and has very shallow cooling fins just like a glow engine because it is a converted glow engine from the look of it.

Don't want to put you off trying but look for a significantly larger fan than a typical PUH engine has.
