When I started this hobby less than 2 year ago I wanted more than the standard heli I came across this site and that was it I had to build my own. I learned as I built change, rebuilt did more changes. Reengineered, then finally after many man hour came up with this.

It is for sale for everyone to own this wonder full piece of machinery.

Jokes aside you all inspired me and will inspire others to build there own. Then they will be the inspiration to us in the future.

Whether or not it can be classed as a 'ship', I don't know, but why not include masts in this thread

EasyUp 50ft aluminium push-up mast, homemade downlink viewing station, askman belt-driven gimble.

This is almost ready to operate from my car too

Interesting mount on there too What size blades does that heli swing? Just trying to get an idea of scale ... I imagine it's around the TRex-450 size? Is the plaiting of the motor wires to help reduce interference?

Nice looking craft, both of them! Have you got your Tx back yet? (it was you who's still waiting on their Tx from being repaired was it?). What are your plans for a camera mount for the MK?

hi m8, the EP-8SP is stretched to 425mm blades, a little smaller than your Logo10, it will lift a kilo, but that mount, cam, plus down link is 400g dead so I can still auto.
My TX is back, and I'm busy sorting out the GPS on the Quad (almost there, should be done by the weekend). The mount is still to be done.

Pig don't fly

Sorry not seeing any pics. You say you lift one 1kg on the stock rig with 425mm. That perfect just started building a new AP rig right now and will be using the same machine(EP-8SP). My current gimbal with Pan & tilt servo, RX, Battery, down link, camera, with shutter and zoom servo is at 800g. I will be reducing that weight even farther for this build. I hope to keep it under 500 grams. A large amount of weight reduction will be from the removal of batteries and because this will be single person operation there will be no need to have second RX and battery. Also an electric powered ship the ESC has BEC, all I need to do is drop the voltage for my main battery down to 12 volts that gets rid of the down link battery.

Sorry no pics still on paper
