Actually my favorite combo at the moment is a TREX 450 with the Mini Titan head.

What I would do is buy the carbon TREX 450 S kit and then buy the Kasama Mini Titan upgrade head.

Put those together and youll have a super solid combination...best flying flybared TREX Ive ever flown.

Check my Gallery.

I like the T-rex 450 SE v2 more.... but i am i bias person

I like the design, the cheap parts, the bling that comes with it, and it is a very solid design.

I would really consider the TT miniT, many people say that it flies as good as a T-rex SE with all metal head. If this is true then it will surly fly better than an SE once you bling it out.

Right now TT is playing the strategic game of "buy our bad ass plastic heli". Align did this too with the T-re when they first came out.
Once the TT machine gets super popular, then they will come out with the MiniT bling kit so everyone will have to have two helis. Either that or they can spend more buying all separate parts.

I feel the same thing is happening with the Futaba FAAST system vs the DX7.
The reason JR and Futaba are taking so long to get out their 2.4 systems is they have generations of technology to base on this system so they must get it right at all cost. A year or so of research is the right way to do it.

Mini Titan is every bit as good as the Trex at a lower price and easier to repair! And everyone has a Trex! Be different!
