Really depends on how many digital servos and how you fly.

Usually 350ma-450ma per flight.
80% of 4300 = 3400 Maybe 8-9 flights.

I fly 3D 4-5 flights with 4 digitals on 2200ma battery.

Usually measures 7.0 volts at 1 amp after last flight.

How are you flying aswell, 3D, sport, scale?

The more agressive, the more your servos are going to pull, the newer high torque servos that are appearing can pull quite a bit, I would say 4 safe 15 minute flights before I would stick it back on charge if you are using high torque digital servos, 6 flights with analogues.

The cold will reduce battery performance, so beware of that.

Best thing is get a load tester, and check what the voltage is under a 1A load between each flight and try to get a feeling for how many flights you can get from the pack before the tester shows anything less than 5v as a safe cut off point, as 4.8v is near enough flat.
