I have two questions really.

1. I have a Tempest 3D currently and and decent at 3D (inverted flight, low tumbles and can fly in all directions upside down back wards and so on). I want to try some harder 3D but am afraid to plant my 90. I was thinking of selling my back up tempest 3D and getting a rappy 30/50 v2 or a Trex 600 nitro.... Ok, ok the question, what ship will i enjoy the most for 3d? Am I missing a ship?

2. Where can i go to find a parts break down for crash kits for each bird?

Thanks
Eric

dont know about that but the cheapest is going to be the 600n because all the parts come in two or threes in a pack it is very cheap to rebuild..

Well you might try Heliproz as they sell what you are asking about.

There are alot of good 50 size helicopters out there. I havent tried the other ones mentioned, but havent heard anything but good things from them. I fly a raptor 50 titan, and have no complaints. Although I have put on alot of upgrades, It will take anything I dish out at. I presently have no complaints with it. Without getting into a debate about which one is best, I couldnt say, but from what I have heard the trex 600 seems to be a very nice bird, but I just wanted to mention what I fly and what my experiences have been with it.

A bad day of flying is better than a good day of work

T-Rex 600N

We just picked up my T-Rex 600N Pro. We got the kit with the engine muffler, bat, 2 in 1. Then added the CY gyro with Futaba's new brushless servo, Align gov, CF blades, JR servo's, PCM receiver along with the rest of the trimmings. The whole package was a little less than $2,000. I say we, because this is my Christmas present from my wife and she won't let me put my hands on it till X-mas day.

I went with the 600N because I've seen several take some massive hard crashes with the ground and fly again for less than $200, half that being a new set of blades. I saw one take take a head on mid air strike by another heli doing at least 50 mph and for less than $300 he was flying again.

I have a couple of those cheap heli's. I have a Kinetic 50 and there is no way in hell that piece of crap could survive any of the crashes I've seen 600N's survive without just buying a whole new kit being cheaper. Even small, minor crashes with those things cost twice to repair what the 600N cost.

Oh! I also got a plastic cover. For not better than I can fly, no way I'm gonna put the $80 glass cover on it. That's just for when it's sitting on the shelf.

A butt-ugly 1978 mustard cream yellow Yugo convertible with 173,212 miles and a leaky differential.

I think sitting in a Stratos 201 behind a F250 FX4 would make a pretty good one.

I once owned an AMC Gremlin Drove it for 2 years when i lived in Guam then sold it for twice the ammount i paid for it. Maybe Ray knows where it's located now, It was the only Gremlin on the Island at the time. nobody else was dumb enough to ship one over

Although i love my Raptor 50v2, i would recommend the T-rex 600N

It is much lighter and right now it is the king of 50's
