tchavei - I appologise if you took offence. That is understandable. However, my statment was not remotely directed at your goodly self. Your written English is bloody brilliant as is that of very many non native English speaking people on this forum. It is clear, says what it means, good spelling and so on. It is quite embarassing for me that I do not speak anything other than English, (as I think is probably the case for most English & American folk). We are lazy bastards when it comes to learning other languages, which is probably because regrettably, we don't really need to. I'm not proud of this.
Anyhow, my gripe is mainly directed at those that write with very poor punctuation, unclear terminology and extremely abbreviated words, with the result that the text can be easily misunderstood, and in some cases, it is meaningless. I didn't mention spelling because as long as it's approximately correct, then it still reads easily.

Yeah Yeah I know

I was just messing with you... I forgot to add some smilies though. Next time you can be more specific and refer to the "telegraph type posters"... those bug me too:

It is about time for this one to make another round.

What bugs me the most is that English native speakers keep harassing us about our English, which in 90% of the cases is still understandable despite some grammatical and/or spelling errors. [Edited for spelling and grammar ]
I disagree, the worst posts seem to be by people from English speaking countries who WRITE IN ALL CAPS WITHOUT PARAGRAPHS OR PUNCTUATION AND GENERALLY MEANDER FROM ONE POINT TO ANOTHER WITHOUT MAKING THEIR QUESTION OR INTENTIONS CLEAR UNTIL YOU EDIT AND TRANSLATE WHAT THEY HAVE WRITTEN.

And, of course, anything written by me.

In other news: +1 for not uploading on a Monday or paying £20. I like RR, but not that much; it's not like it needs my money to stay afloat; the advertising driven model seems to work well enough.

Now I'm off to change my profile to ALLCAPSANDNOSPACING, adieu.

The above text is not intended to cause offense, unless implicitly stated.

I notice that people who flame, bash, seem angry or just poke the fire are the ones who seldom fill out the profile. Wonder why ??

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

I just wanted to second it!!

The thing that bugs me the most (even over incomplete profiles) are those who start new threads with unclear subject lines... like:

look at this
or
what do you think?

It just seems rude to make it so someone has go into the thread... to see if they want to read it and/or contribute. I usually just skip them.

The problem with profiles is you can put anything you want I come across a lot of people that fill it out but none of it is true

I would love to see more than 3 available boxes to list our fleet on the profile page.

Why all the whining ???

Sounds like you guys need to fuel up the heli's and go fly....release some of this pent up winter frustration.

It's OK....It's not your fault !!!

The profiles dont bug me. What does is the person that ask's a question and then closes the thread. when I come across threads like that I dont bother to pm them I feel if they wanted the answer they would keep the thread open.

Most of us listdexic types or is it lixelsyd cannot even get english right - I wish I could claim its because its a second language LOL

I think filling in a profile is a good thing for someone starting out and needing help - where as when you fly a number of different models and have the knowledge and experiance to state where you believe the problem is and what the equipment is involved, its nowhere near as important - besides it looks like braging if you say I fly a number of models form submicro to large nitro's

Regards David

You don’t have to be crazy to fly Helicopters but it helps LOL
