I have an Align CNC tail case mounted on an Align aluminum tailboom which keeps twisting around the boom. I have tightened it, I used a file to scrape marks on the end of the boom and even put some tape between the boom and the tail case and it is still twisting. Short of "welding it on" I don't know what else to do to keep it from twisting.

* Oddly enough, 3 times when the tail case twisted about 45 degrees once almost horizontally the heli IS still flyable. If I wasn't worried about crashing it I could've flown it around like that.

Having my heli: Cool, Having a working heli: Awesome, Having a day to fly: PRICELESS!
