I haven't tried it yet but I have read pretty good things about the CellPro 4S.

I use the duratrax ice charger and the thunder power 205V balancer with good luck.

Who raised the ground since I took off?

If you never charge more than 4S pack then there's nothing better than CellPro 4S charger IMO. I LOVE mine!

I went cheap and got the Cellpro 3S. Great charger, but the 4S would have been a better choice for future use, now I will probably have to buy another one in a while to handle bigger packs, well, at least to charge them in a reasonable time.

Other than that, fantastic charger. I don't even think they have the 3S on the website anymore.

you can go pick up a used power supply from a PC they are cheap and everywhere mine was $10(13A@12Vclean) you may even get one for less or FREE if you have an old PC around....using it for a charger P/S takes about 20-30 min to get ready....the plans are here left colum, bottom http://www.rcbatteryclinic.com do a search for "PC power supply"lots of guys are doing it it works great...as I said the CELLPRO needs atleast 5-6 AMPS of power or you will get an error code while charging as I tried it with a 2 amp supply

I converted an old 250W ps for my cellpro. Works great. 550W seems to be about right if you need a 25A for big packs. You can get them for less than $40 if you shop around. Used for even less. Just make sure you check the label for thw 12V output current.

Check [url=http://www.rcbatteryclinic.com/] and on the left at the bottom. Informative.
