so far, the best, and easiest place I've found is on top of the front servos. You can access it without removing the canopy. Sure would be nice if the wires were longer.....

Hell... I can fix that.
Uh oh..

2 in 1 regulator is located on the bottom of the radio tray, and the power switch is double-sided taped on the frame on the front, right hand side.

Velcro mounted mine here in front of the tank with the ribbon tied underneath the lower frame over to the regulator - can see the lights easily in the air and the switch is nicely tucked away near the tank (but still easily usable).

I guess this is where Align intended people would put it given the length of the wires, bit I'm a bit worried about fuel getting into the switch though - I wonder if it is a failsafe switch - ie if you were to damage/remove it whether it would "fail open" like the Arizona regulator switch? Or is this little PCB vital in the circuit for the radio and servos to get their power?

Incidentally I resoldered new thicker power wires on the regulator and applied silcone sealent to them after reading about the wire joints failing (just after buying one), but I read some types of sealant can burn the board? Great, something else to worry about.. the stuff I used is for baths..

Hilariously I also bought those 600A blades *just before* the issue with those came to light (I'm apparently in a "safe batch" but am still too concerned to risk them yet and am sticking to Vs - bit off topic sorry ).
