If you really want to darken your fuel, get the right stuff to do it. Jerry Conley from Wildcat has offered to sell small amounts of dye to those who've asked in the past. Do a search...this topic has been beaten to death in the past.

It's about time someone makes the suggestion of using RIT dye.......

With respect to water in our nitro fuel, haven't you guys seen the test results of Clarence Lee, the legendary engine guru, which shows that a certain level of water content actually IMPROVED engine performance? In his tests that meant more RPM from a given engine/prop combination which means more power.
