ok, i been following these flight sims for sometime now... i use to fly real flight g2... well i finally broke down and bought the phoenix sim.... this thing is unbelievable... the graphics, the sounds, the realism of just like being at your favorite flying field... its so easy to install and use, day one and already got in on desktop computer and laptop with all the updates downloaded and installed... i never thought a sim to be this good so real.... i am flying on a 47 inch LCD tv and it just blows my mind... i will never want to put down the controller lol.... i am telling you if you don't have this sim you are missing out on the greatest simulator ever....i hope someday they will come out with a turbine supercobra , bell 222, and maybe airwolf too.... i am hooked on phoenix ...... also one of the best things is that there is no product codes to type in and can go on many computers as you want...unlike realflight always would lose password and have to call them and give you a hard time about it.... like i said i am going to support phoenix 100 percent.....way to go phoenix keep up the great work......

Does that mean I get a Fifth.

I love Phoenix as well. I have figured out the mistakes I was making on 3 different maneuvers because the sim maneuver looked like what was happening in real life. I then broke down the maneuver until the mistakes were corrected. It is easy to update as well.

Yep. The other day I was doing tic tocs at the field and the heli always drifted slighty to the left... no big deal I thought, must be the wind... yeah sure... on the sim the same happend too... I'm a thumber and I was giving slight aileron during transitions.

The only thing I have to say is that you can't do sliding autos and you need to land perfectly strait not to tip over... something that in real life isn't like that.

On the other hand, good auto landing practice will pay off at the field later, so I'm not complaining

The 600N model had to be tweaked as I was loosing the tail in fast backwards inverted flight... almost as a 401 was in there... now where is the gyro option?

- just set the tail rpm to 9k and horizontal/vertical fin area to 0.0. The tail performance is then closer to the real thing although when doing clockwise piro manouvers with lots of air speed, it can still tend to abruptly weathercock. Keeps you on your toes
