Let me guess, you are going to tell us that the picture is fake?

I'm not questioning whether it is real, but there is something very strange about the apparent dimensions in that photo.

The aircraft appears to be directly over the runway centerline
The near wing appears to be as long as half of the runway width
The two guys are less than 1/3 of the runway width apart.

Unless the aircraft has been artificially enlarged in this photo, I can't figure out how the apparent size of the aircraft relative to the apparent runway width can be reconciled with the locations of the guys holding the poles. Of course, a telephoto tends to "squeeze" distance and make it hard to judge relative distances, but if the aircraft and runway are the same distance from the camera the relative size of the wing should be smaller.

good point the shadow is smaller then the plane appears, which is opposite what really happends. the plane should show the same size or bigger shadow. so it looks like the plane was put in or brought lower to the ground.

I agree with the apparent lack of sufficient distance between the poles and the planes shadow not looking right. The stance of the pole holders also looks rather relaxed for that to be happening.

That being said, this really is done and there is plenty of evidence for that.

With a WIDE runway, long distance to the subject, zoom all the way out and a small aperture, you will get that.

Does seem to be wierd....no smoke and it just doesn't seem like the prop is spinning. Even if you have a fast camera, there is still usually some blurring at the tips.

"Let me guess, you are going to tell us that the picture is fake?"

Now would be to far fetched to consider?! I mean just not too long ago we had a video here showing a full sized heli hovering in a small stadium in another country and a lot of RR people were saying how crazy and irresponsible it was and how we'd only see that kind of crap in another country, blah blah blah.

And now we see this. This isn't that much different. Maybe less casualties if the plane was to actually hit something than a heli in a stadium, but c'mon. This is crazy.
