I am tryin to find a 2.2mm or 2.3mm 220mm long linkage rod threaded at both ends.
I know it is a long shot by i am hopeing some kit from some manufacturer might use one.The nearest so far is 150mm or 300mm.
I know it might be easier to make one but the cost off the die is crazy and i have stopped trying to track down suitable steel rod.sold in 2 meter lenghts!!!!

I think 220mm is longer than any standard pushrod length.
You could make up a carbon rod either from scratch or from a tail pushrod kit, or epoxy some studding into either end of a stainless tube.
You best bet might be to visit a model shop & see if they have anything for planes/cars/boats etc
If you find you need to switch to 2mm rods use Hirobo ball ends as they are quality and really are good enough even for a 90 sized.

stupid question but... why don't you cut it to size and make a new thread on one of the ends? I get 2mm steel rods around here and cut them to 657mm and make threads on both sides and voila... you have 50 cent 600N tail rod...

Trex 450 flybar is 220 mm with threads on each end. No idea how thick though.

I have nerves of steel but thumbs of jelly!

I thought of that too but mine only measures 190mm long. Maybe there are different lengths?

Hi 600RR

try giving quick uk a ring direct they do replacement stainless control rods in 2.0 and 2.3 although they don't do the size you want off the shelf they obviously have stock of appropriate material. They are helpful chaps and may be able to do you an individual rod to your requirements
