Hi,
I am using a Trex V2 combined with a GY401 & Futaba S9257 on the tail. Gain is set to about 70% in AVCS, however when I punch the throttle, there is a very obvious tail wag before it settles. I am trying to figure out how to get rid of it, but I am not too sure where to begin with. I am still using the original tail blades and I was wondering whehter using some carbon ones would help. Upping the gain just induces more wag even on Hover.

Some input would be appreciated.

Cheers

Tail wag...at climbout

That usually means you have too much pitch....

You can either increase the headspeed or reduce the top end pitch slightly....
