Does any one know where they are selling the pro kit for or about 550 US$ with free shipping, I saw grandrc had it for 600 with gforce fan and frame stiffiners. Is that the best I am going to do. And IDK if that inc shipping. I saw 550 for the pro at ehirobo but they are in china and wanted 80 for priority shipping then 100 for 3 day. but the last time I checked ricks or helipros the were out of stock.

Has any one flown one with an os 46. with 550-580s. And the 46 and 50 have the same mounting right ?

I saw some pro kits in the classifieds a while back for 500. I would stay with the OS50 Hyper ,you will be much happier.

why?

Just use curves. Govs are not a necessity. just nice to have. ANd considering the price of them, what the heck!

Nope, you do not need a governor. Just set your throttle curves up nicely and it will run great. Also, go with some 600 blades - you will like them

the atg is like 90$ yea cheap and worth it. but I cant swing the whole thing so I figured I would set it up with my 46 then switch. If I were to use the 46, what size blades would use use. I also wanted to go with the ys or do you think the hyper and a perry pump is better ?

The Hyper is great without any pump. The YS is also fantastic. You will be fine with either motor, skip the pump.

Next ? is do you think I'll be ok with 9202s on the swash or I have jr 8231s. I would really like a set of the 8717s but same deal $.

amainhobbies.com has the pro kit for $499.99! You have to put it in your cart to get that price. My lhs matched this price for me.

Man if money is an issue get the sport! Unless you are a very good pilot you will never notice the difference in flight...

Is the tail drive harder to set up. are there any differences in head parts in a sport ? like grips ? thats like a 120$ upgrade. I thinking its worth the extra bean

The only differences:

- G10 vs. Carbon Frames
- TT vs. Belt Driven tail
- Fiberglass vs. Plastic Canopy

It's the same heli otherwise, including the head. They all come with plastic grips...

Yeah go to A Main Hobbies and get the sport for $349, then add the optional "upgrade" parts: a fan, gyro mount/frame support and a one way assembly to complete the kit.
