Hi Guys, im new to heli's and am currently finishing off a raptor titan,

Im having problems with setting up my pitch on my raptor titan.

I put my pitch gauge on 1 of the blades and set it to 0 degrees on centre stick.

then without rotating the blades, i then move onto the other side of the heli and put my pitch gauge on the other blade and it reads + 2 degrees.

Now if i rotate that blade over to the side that i originally measured the first blade it will read 0 degrees.

so when my blades are rotating to 1 side of the heli my pitch is increasing by 2 degrees then comming back 2 degrees on the other side.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

thanks...

At center stick have both blade grips at 0 Deg then you should get +10 - 10 also will help with tracking.

Check that your swash is prefectly level. Sounds like you have some unwanted cyclic input.

ALWAYS set pitch with blades in the same location. So if you check one blade with blade right over the boom, rotate the head and check the other blade over the boom. This removes any swash issues.

If this is initial setup your swash should be level so verify the linkages are setup right.

http://www.raptortechnique.com is a good guide.
