My tail started to move up and down i guess abouht an inch very fast, and i have taken the tailbox apart and couldt se anything wrong.
I also swing the tail rotor around and it seem fine, have anyone else seen this before and can give me some input on this matter.

Thanks

And feathering and main shaft are OK? If so maybe look at the drive gears on the T/R drive shaft. Maybe bearings on the T/R drive shaft have moved, did you CA them like on the bottom of page 26 in the assy manual? I'm just throwing out things that I would check, maybe someone else can chime in here?

generally an up and down shake on the tail, is indicitive of the head being out of balance. Paddles out of balance or blades. I'd check there first.

Yes i did glue them.
The blades track properly same goes for the paddles, this is starting to get real annoying

Are you running a governor? What headspeed? Are the vibrations only at a particular head speed or throughout the entire range?

Your first post sounded more like it was vibrating. If it is nodding, set your headspeed at 1850. Let us know...

I just found out i have lost one bolt and another back out 1/3 of top bearing(upper brg), could this caused the nodding?

Another thing to check is blades that are too tight. As far as your missing bolts... doesnt matter if thats causing the problem or not... it has to be fixed anyway so do so and then you will have the answer to your question but more importantly a safer heli

Definitely replace the bolts, but I doubt if that was the cause of the problem. My original thought was that the headspeed might have been low. What dampeners are you using? Are your tail blades balanced?

I use the Infinavation Dampeners and yes i balanced the tail blades, but i havent had the time to go fly yet

My original thought was that the headspeed might have been low.
But shouldnt heli keept nodding when the engine was richer?
