I just purchased a set of micro air retracts. I am charging the system with some canned air(used to clean computer keyboards and stuff). It has enough pressure to move the retracts but not enough to get them to go all the way up. Can some one tell me how much pressure I need for them to work correctly? Also, what to use to pressurize the system.

As always thanks in advance

it all depends on the size of the air systemn i think.i have a robart setup in my sea king and i pump it up to 80psi with plenty of cycles. robart has a pump made for this purpose as well with a fitting that connects/disconects easily.
show us a pic of what you got.

Was testing my retracts for the Trex/Agusta 109 last night. I needed at least 80psi to ensure that retracts would cycle ONCE. I was able to use Robart pump to put about 100psi into the tank. This got me about 3 complete cycles.
