my nitro is suffering from a slow piro rate, i have full atv set on my transmitter, and the piro rate is about 1/4 the speed of other peoples that i have seen, and how do you get it to piro mega fast like the szabos do?

im running a gy611 with 9256
CY 95mm tail blades

ive also noticed that when i right piro and suddenly left the rate increases dramticaly and then soon dies away to its usual slow rate, i have checked and there is nothing binding or sticking, the controll rod is all free moving.

please help

Make sure the limits are well adjusted, and then ad more than 100% ATV that’s all you need.

Sorry, one last thing, what are your using on your seating’s F3C or 3D???

I think F3C may slow piro rate, just my thoughts

I use 3D and I feel that I can destroy my heli changing ATV´s if want it to….

Sounds like you have some dual rate on your rudder channel.

YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE..IF YOU LIVE IT RIGHT THATS ALL YOU NEED

Either you have missed something 'daft' or something is wrong with your kit.

Mines in F3C mode, (feels nicer) for me. My ATV'S are 125%, 75% Gain full T/R Throws, no rates. around 110/115 % end stops in the amp. Amp gain reads 27% (from memory).

And it piro's at like mach 3

my 611 settings

sensor up front on servos

30% gain
travels 115% both ways
Control Delay I (Rudder Stick Operated), Right and Left = 15
Control Delay D (Rudder Stick Returned), Right and Left = 50
3d mode
cmt mode

nothing else changed in 611

dx7 radio
rudder atv 130 both sides
gyro atv 100 both sides

if you changed anything else try reseting the 611 to default settings and start over.

to reset the 611

Press the two +-data input buttons at same time and power it up,
The gyro will display “BAD OPR.” Don’t be put off by the message… now press Data+ and Data- simultaneously and you are in. goto the reset screen and reset

cheers, for the info, i shall try and reset the gyro, knowing me i prob messed the settin up bit up lol.

i did have my sensor by the front servos but got interference so i moved it back behind the mast, which stopped the problem, and i still had a slow piro rate when it was up front
