its like throbbing pain...is that bad?
Probably a good sign. Blood going there to fix a problem?

Good idea to go to the doctor. If it is really bad they might find something, and do somethng about it, but more often than not they won't find anything and just give you pain pills till it goes away.

I knew a great sports therapst named Joni Saito. She fixed my jammed tumbs a number of years ago with a simple excersize. somthing about having the tension on both sides of the joint ballanced. She got married so i'm not sure if she still goes by Saito, but she moved to San Diego, if this continues for a while highly recomend trying to find her, or sombody like her. Miracle workers IMO.

She was not keen on chiropractors BTW
fix it the right way and it stays fixed.

Doctor, Doctor, Doctor!!!!!

You only have one back for your whole life. Don't mess around with it. Go find out what's wrong even if it costs you money out-of-pocket.

If something heals incorrectly (or not at all) you can potentially have problems for your whole life. You may anyway depending on the injury.

well I went to the chiropractor, and he would not touch me. I had to get an x-ray because he believes it is fractured I am waiting for the results of the x-ray right now...

OMG LOL add up the bills dude, they are taking you for a ride, did they put you on a backboard yet?.I would double check the xray.

Why would you go to a chiropractor for a suspected broken back?, you would really want to go to an emergency room.
Why would the chiropractor send me to a x-ray imaging place to get an x-ray, when he doesnt even make any money off the x-ray...

And also wasn't it you who just said not to do anything about it...?

Nick, just do what it takes to find out what's wrong with you. oddly enough, if you do have a fracture, the chiropractor is the one that gets the ass end of the deal... he won't be able to make any adjustments on you because it's not adjusting that you'll need...

Let us know your results. It seems like you're feeling the same way I did when I fractured a couple vertebra in my back. I know in my case there was nothing that could be done. Just rest, and it will feel better eventually. If it is a fractured vertebra welcom to the life of back pain for the rest of your life!

Yes,it was me,if you where really that bad you would allready be in hospital cause you would have got your self there from the excrutiating pain,if you burt your leg in the same accident do you got to a doctor?, no! backs bruise too!, yeah sure they break aswell but so do legs.
Most people are to afraid or inept to self diagnose these days.Part of doing that is also having the confidence to go yep! its time to go to the appropriate place for treatment.
IN your case i would recomend a swedish sauna house as good relief.
Well that's pretty off base. I had 2 fractured vertebra for a month before I went to the doctor. So it can be something serious , even though the pain is tolerable.

i broke my tail bone when I fell off the back of my banshee doing wheelies. it hurt like a m---f---er. All they could do was give me a donut to sit on. It still to this day bothers me and goes numb from sitting to long.

Hey Nick, howas your back?
He doesn't see your foolish words, Wee Wet Willtard -- he knows the value of your senseless advice and is ignoring you, like many of us do. Some do it digitally using the Ignore function. Some do it manually because that way is JUST AS EASY with fools like you.

The perceived value of your participation here is ZERO.

You're an idiot, and everyone here with more than half a brain can see this.

if i am being ignored how come i am posting in his thread ?
Because Nick has acquired the advanced ability to ignore idiots manually. Taint difficult. You've made it easy.

Proud of that too?
