When i turned the hex start coupling clockwise it was no resistance at all. when i turned it the other way, the one way bearing engages and the engine is turned over. Then the clutch jammed slightly

I assembled it with the HT (Hobby Taiwan) super HD clutch and started it again today. This time it takes to much throttle to engage the clutch.
I Did not change the liner this time, but i will change it when it arrives in the mail.

I had exactly the same prob with the heavy duty clutch, It engaged too late, The fix appears to be to get the gap down to the minimum size as described on raptortechnique. I have just flight tested mine and it is still slightly higher bite point than the stock TT but I think a better engagement at the bite point. The flight test was a success and the heli fly's fine, all I need to do is get the revlock to work better around the idle up conditions and improve my throttle set up. Then I can fix up my on board fuel mixture set up. Can't wait

Good luck

I removed the liner and replaced it. I used two layers of electrical tape to get the gap right.
This time it engages as it should.
Everything is now fine again.
Thank you for all replies!!
