Yep, me too.

Hey Inkspot, yuo are the second person that I know of who has lost the canopy, one of the local guys had the same thing happen. Maybe they need the screw mod like the Rappy's.

I have now fitted the TT and the results are….it’s a lot better than the belt, without doubt and regardless of cost, which is next to nothing for replacement parts.
My heli will not turn in fast backward into wind flying, in that’s with standard align carbon tail blades. I fact my first test was with standard plastic electric t-rex 600 tail blades, it was even better with them. I also have no whipping and constant piro rates, when I took the boom off and belt out for the conversion, I could see where the belt had marked to inside of the boom, and yes I did have the correct tension on the belt.

TT upgrade for sport owners is will worth it, but I’m still not getting the glass canopy.

OK someone mentioned it but I will add to it.

Yes the TT is a benefit in some ways, worth 200, but hold up, the $200 price difference is only $175 now at most places.

The Canopy will cost you about 79.00 anywhere, so you are left with $96.00 for a TT conversion AND Carbon Fiber Frames, perhaps stronger, quite probably more rigid.

So its not a $200 TT difference at all.

And if you even subtract 1/2 the cost of CF frames (1/2 because standard frames will run you about $50 aluminum, the CF frames sell for 80.00 a SIDE) your left with.....

Are you ready !

TT cost is actually $16.00 Is it worth $16.00 to you? It sure is to me.

(he said tongue in cheek )

You forgot to add back in the price of the plastic canopy you no longer get when you buy the pro kit.
